Risk Disclosure
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This Risk Disclosure describes the main risks of using the HASHBITX platform operated by HASHBITX (the "Company", "we", "us"). It supplements and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms.
This document is not exhaustive. Crypto assets and services carry other risks not described here, including risks that are not yet known. By using the Platform you confirm that you understand and accept the risks described below, and that you use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Read together with our Terms of Service.
01General Market Risk
Digital Assets are extremely volatile. Prices can move sharply and without warning, and any Digital Asset can lose all of its value. You may lose the entire amount you deposit, and you should never deposit more than you can afford to lose entirely.
Past performance, historical prices and displayed yields are not indicators of future results. The Company does not guarantee any profit, return or outcome, and nothing on the Platform is a promise of gains.
02Internal Balance Risk
When you deposit, title to the Digital Assets passes to the Company, and your Account is credited with an Internal Balance. The Internal Balance is an unsecured claim against the Company, not the assets themselves, and not coins held separately for you.
You are in the position of an unsecured creditor of the Company. You rely entirely on the Company's ability and willingness to pay. If the Company becomes insolvent, is liquidated, loses access to its wallets, or fails to pay for any other reason, you may recover little or nothing, and your Internal Balance may become worthless.
No deposit guarantee scheme, investor compensation scheme or insurance of any kind covers your Internal Balance. Holding an Internal Balance is fundamentally different from holding Digital Assets in a wallet that only you control.
03Counterparty Risk
The Company is the counterparty to every trade you place and the obligor behind every Internal Balance. Its solvency, liquidity, risk management and operational decisions directly affect your funds and your ability to trade or withdraw.
The Company decides which markets, assets and features are available, and may halt, suspend or discontinue any of them at any time, including at times when you intend to reduce your exposure.
04Market Data and Execution Risk
Prices and order books on the Platform are derived from external market data. Such data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and external sources may fail without warning. Prices on the Platform may differ from prices on any external venue, and execution may be affected by stale data or protections that reject Orders.
Trading in any market may be halted and Orders may be rejected or cancelled. You may be unable to buy or sell at the time you want, including when markets move against you, which can increase losses.
05Withdrawal Risk
Every Withdrawal is manually reviewed and may be delayed, rejected or cancelled. Per-Withdrawal and daily caps apply, along with fees and minimums, and all of them may change at any time. Withdrawal support exists only for some assets and networks (currently USDT and USDC on selected networks).
Withdrawals may be suspended in whole or in part at any time, including for maintenance, liquidity management, security, AML or regulatory reasons. During a suspension you cannot move funds to an external wallet, even if markets fall or your view of the Platform changes. The Company is not liable for losses caused by such suspensions.
06Third-Party and Bridge Risk
Withdrawals may be executed through third-party bridge and liquidity providers. Cross-chain bridges are complex systems that are frequently attacked and can fail, halt or lose funds in transit. Data feeds, cloud infrastructure and other third-party services the Platform depends on may also fail or be compromised.
Delays, failures, exploits and losses caused by such third parties are outside the Company's control and are at your risk, without any guarantee of recovery.
07Regulatory and Legal Risk
The regulation of crypto assets is evolving, inconsistent across jurisdictions and subject to change without notice. Your jurisdiction may prohibit or restrict the services, or introduce taxes or reporting obligations that apply to you.
The Company may become unable to serve your jurisdiction, or to operate at all, as a result of regulatory or governmental action. No statutory protection scheme applies to your use of the Platform or to your Internal Balances. You are responsible for the legality of your own use, and for your taxes.
08Technical and Security Risk
The Platform is software and may contain bugs, vulnerabilities or defects that result in loss, including total loss. Blockchain networks can suffer congestion, reorganizations, forks and outages. Keys controlling wallets may be lost, compromised or destroyed despite precautions, and the Company's systems may be attacked.
You must protect your own credentials and beware of phishing and social engineering. Activity carried out through your Account is deemed to be yours, and losses arising from compromise of your credentials are principally your risk.
The servers that run the Platform can go offline at any moment, temporarily or permanently, without notice and without any explanation. If the Platform is shut down permanently, every token you have transferred may burn, meaning that it is permanently destroyed and lost with no recovery of any kind, and your Internal Balance may become zero. You accept this in full and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
09Earn Product Risk
Earn positions are locked for their full term. During the lock you cannot trade or withdraw the principal, even if markets move against you. Rates for new positions may change at any time, and Earn products may be suspended, modified or discontinued at any time.
Yield is paid by the Company out of its own resources and depends on the Company's ability to pay. It is not interest on a regulated deposit and is not a return generated by an on-chain investment made on your behalf.
10No Advice and No Guarantee
Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing the Company publishes is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Decisions are yours alone, and if you are unsure you should consult your own advisers.
The Company does not guarantee profit, income, availability of any feature, or the continuing value of any asset or Internal Balance. You use the Platform voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
